AD Digital was founded in 1994. Over our more than 29-year journey, the company has specialized in solutions and services focused on video technologies, currently being one of the major names in the Brazilian media market.

With over 30 years of experience in national and international technology companies, he has worked across the entire industry ecosystem in providing infrastructure and software, from manufacturers, distributors, resellers, to system integrators. 

Entre 1996 e 2010 foi presidente da Telsinc, onde recebeu diversos prêmios pelo alto padrão de qualidade na prestação de serviços. Após a venda da empresa para a SondaIT, assumiu a posição de Vice-Presidente de Plataformas. 

In 2015, Jorge joined the board of directors of AD Digital as President, bringing all his previous knowledge to the Video Technology company.

Daniela Souza is the founder of AD Digital, where she currently serves as SVP, Counselor of SET, Co-curator of the SET Congress since 2017, and is also part of the Digital Video Committee of IAB Brazil. She entered the Media and Entertainment market in 1994.

She is a guest speaker at major events related to content creation, management, distribution, and monetization, where she shares her insights about the market and future trends for the industry. She has been involved in major projects with Grupo Globo, SBT, YoutubeSpace, Grupo Jovem Pan, CNNBrasil, Afya, Google, JBS, Polishop, among many other national and regional media groups. She also participates in WIN (WIN is a space for women for everyone, where experiences and challenges related to innovation are exchanged). More recently, she closed a partnership with an Indian unicorn, Amagi, which is a Globo reference in FAST Channels, already launching more than 10 channels in Brazil.

Graduated in Economics from Mackenzie University, he worked for 15 years in the financial market, developing solutions and services for major clients of Banco Real. 

Over the past 20 years, he has been developing IT services and solutions for the Brazilian and Latin American markets in highly recognized companies such as Telsinc and SondaIT, where he served as the Delivery Director responsible for a P&L of R$ 200 million. 

Currently, Hugo Carvalho is part of the board of directors at AD Digital, where he leads the financial area.

Graduated in engineering, he has been working for 17 years on PAY TV projects in various branches such as IPTV, DTH, and cable TV in the most demanding markets, such as Germany, United States, Mexico, Denmark, among others, and in companies that are reference in the market, such as Cisco and Irdeto. 

Throughout his career, he has worked on projects involving multidisciplinary teams in various countries for Telefonica, Megacable, Claro, NET, and his experience includes pre and post-sales projects with deep technical knowledge in this market. 

Since 2015, Hugo Nascimento has been responsible for the entire technical area of AD Digital, managing specialized teams and leading product development.

André Altieri is an experienced executive with over three decades of experience in the Telecommunications and Media & Entertainment sectors. Over the years, he has distinguished himself in the market for his ability to establish strategic relationships, set goals, and implement innovations.

Throughout his career, Altieri has actively participated in the launch of pioneering technologies in Latin America, contributing to the success of emblematic projects. His most recent experience as Sales Director allowed him to provide support to large companies on their journey towards cloudification.

With a comprehensive history in the market, André Altieri aims to contribute with an innovative vision to this ever-evolving market.

With a diverse background and extensive experience, our Strategic People Director holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, an MBA in Strategic Human Resources Management, a Postgraduate degree in Higher Education Teaching, and is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Innovation and Entrepreneurship at USP. They are also a certified Coach focusing on career and leadership, as well as trained in Design Thinking. As a seasoned professional, they have served as a business partner in renowned companies such as Grupo Pão de Açúcar, Alfa Laval, Pepsico, Sara Lee Cafés, and held HR management positions at Net, Okto (startup), Thales, Olympus, and Veolia. Their experience extends to founding the consultancy Humanos Criativos, specializing in custom development solutions and continuous education to enhance businesses. With over three years of experience in the broadcast, streaming, corporate, and innovation sectors, they have developed tailored solutions for clients seeking to leverage their business with specialized individuals and cultural fit.

Leonardo Teixeira has over two decades of experience in the Media and Entertainment industry. Recognized for his leadership ability and strategic vision, he has held various prominent positions throughout his career, currently serving as the Chief Technology and Services Officer at AD Digital.

Over the years, Leonardo has played a key role in developing new business and driving technological transformation within the industry. His experience spans from sales management to leading technical and commercial teams, showcasing his ability to manage complex projects and drive positive outcomes.

With a background in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, and an MBA in Economics and Business Management, Leonardo combines solid technical knowledge with an entrepreneurial approach. His role at AD Digital includes developing distribution and orchestration strategies, as well as creating strategic partnerships with major manufacturers.

With a solid track record in client management and business development in the communication industry, Vanessa has accumulated experience in executive roles at leading companies in the sector, including Interbrand, Omnicom, and McCann. As the leader of business development at DAS-Diversified Agency Services, a division of the Omnicom Group in Latin America, she played a key role in the growth and expansion of the Group's agencies.

With her transition to the streaming market, Vanessa has become a prominent figure in the OTT and FAST industry, dedicating herself to educating and promoting the sector in the Brazilian market, as well as driving revenue growth for the companies she has worked for.

At AD Digital, Vanessa faces the ongoing challenge of driving growth in the FAST market and developing the company's AdTech business unit.
